In 1976, Marshall Air Systems, Inc. organized to design and manufacture air pollution control and ventilation systems for the fast food restaurant industry. Responding to a customer request, Marshall designed its version of a conveyorized hamburger broiler to exceed the marketplace competition. At a later request for improved and consistent food warming, our patented ThermoGlo™ technology was unveiled. Now Marshall manufactures a complete line of food equipment including Autobroil™, Autotoast™, and ThermoGlo™ to compliment its signature line of ventilation systems.
