This conceptual kitchen highlights the Marshall approach to integrating our conveyorized broilers, ThermoGlo™ food warming units and ventilation systems into a commercial kitchen.

The white arrows indicate make–up airflow as it captures cooking vapors, while the blue arrows indicate treated air and red arrows indicate heat from the ThermoGlo units.

Marshall's ventilation components create a system so effective that their performance exceeds the toughest environmental standards anywhere in the world. These high standards translate to grease–free roofs and reduced energy, maintenance and operating costs.

In addition, by working with the engineers at Marshall to properly design a ventilation system, the most comfortable and energy cost efficient commercial kitchens can be created. This includes a full line of exhaust hoods, exhaust fans, make-up air systems, and grease and smoke removal equipment.
