Straight Through Conveyor Broilers
This model is designed for high volume hamburger or meat filet production, toasting, or cheesemelting. The 1000° metal infrared heat source broils the meat quickly, giving the advantage of speed, plus sealing in juices for better taste.
This model is designed to broil fish and chicken in just 2 to 6 minutes. Conveyor automation with infrared heat radiating top and bottom makes the difference in cooking ease and time. High heat sears in natural juices and flavors. Model F12 is electric. Model F12G is gas.

Front Return Conveyor Broilers
Marshall’s Mitee Mites™ electric boilers are workhorses designed for smaller locations that produce a high volume of broiled products. With touch screen controls, they work well in situations with limited space yet requiring maximum flexibility. Ideal for snack bars, deli’s, sandwich shops, sports arena restaurants, airports and resorts.
Marshall Models FR24BG, FR1212BG, and FR777BG gas broilers are designed for high volume hamburger or meat filet production. The hybrid burner technology easily broils a variety of gourmet meat items, such as ½-lb. burgers, chicken filets, steaks and seafood, sealing in juices for better taste.
The FR15BG and FR69BG gas model broilers are designed for high hamburger production. Hamburgers cook directly on the heavy-duty conveyor rods for even cooking and the highly desirable grilling bar marks.
Optional Accessories
The Marshall Autocat™ is patented technology designed for use on a wide variety of Autobroil™ models. This catalytic converter oxidizes smoke and gases released in the environment to carbon dioxide and water vapor thus eliminating odors and drastically reducing the smoke emitted from the Autobroil™.
With Autoloader™ you can place 12 frozen hamburger patties in a stack and walk away! During peak time you can load up to 36 frozen patties and walk away!
