The Marshall DH5D series Holding Cabinets feature our ThermoGlo™ heating cabinet technology. Heat radiates from every square inch of the upper and lower flat heating surfaces. This eliminates the need to clean intricate Calrod heaters, wire guards and reflector assemblies. ThermoGlo™ flat heating surfaces transmit more heat, efficiently and evenly resulting in longer hold times for a variety of food products. The DH5D series has airflow to help keep products crispy.

Marshall's precision controller allows for independent set points for the top and bottom heating surfaces and product time management for each drawer. The controller has an on board First-in-First out management system with easy to use LED indicators.
Marshall's Holding Cabinets incorporate ThermoGlo™ technology designed to hold a variety of baked, broiled, grilled or fried products hotter and longer.
